Shipping & Processing Policy
At Bad.B Collections, each order is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards before it’s shipped out.
Processing Time
All orders require 3–7 business days to process before shipping. This allows us to confirm your payment, prepare your items, and ensure they meet our standards.
Fraud Prevention Clause
To protect our business and our clients from fraudulent activity, Bad.B Collections reserves the right to request a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of billing address before processing certain orders.
This measure is only taken when necessary, typically for high-value orders or when order details do not match. Refusal to provide this information may result in order cancellation and a refund to the original payment method.
Shipping Time
Once processed, orders are shipped via Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS depending on your selected shipping method and location. Shipping timelines vary based on your location and carrier.
Signature Delivery
For high-value orders (like wigs or bundles), a signature may be required upon delivery. This helps protect both you and us from lost or stolen packages.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Bad.B Collections is not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your package has shipped. If you haven’t received one within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise. Preorder items require 3–5 business days to process before shipping. Once shipped, standard delivery in Canada typically takes 3–7 business days.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way. If there are any shipping delays, we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
Bad.B Collections is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays once your package has been scanned by the courier
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages due to carrier error
- Incorrect shipping info provided by the customer (please double-check!)
