Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

However, we understand that things happen! We’re happy to offer exchanges in the following cases:

 Exchange Eligibility

 

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for return and re-shipping costs

No Exchanges For:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital downloads
  • Clearance or sale items

Please contact us first before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once we approve your exchange, we’ll provide shipping instructions.

By completing a purchase with us, you agree to this policy.

Due to the nature of our products (hair , hair care products and digital goods), all sales are final.

 

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item was damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours with clear photo proof)
  •  For hygiene and quality reasons, wigs, bundles, and all hair products cannot be returned once opened, worn, or altered.
