Because we provide exclusive, high-quality hair, some items are only available through
preorder. Here’s exactly how it works so there are no surprises:

Step 1: You Place Your Order

• Once your order is confirmed, we secure your item directly from our trusted vendor.
  
• Preorders are clearly marked on the product page.

Step 2: Processing (3–5 Business Days)

This is the time it takes to order, confirm, inspect, and prepare your hair for shipment. If there are any unexpected delays (like shipping disruptions from suppliers), we’ll notify you ASAP.

Step 3: Shipping (3–7 Business Days Canada-wide)

After processing, your order ships directly to you. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.

Total Preorder Timeline:

• Processing: 3–5 business days

• Shipping: 3–7 business days
=You’ll receive your order in about 6–12 business days.

Please Note:

• Preorder items are not kept in stock ,they are custom-ordered for you

• We don’t ship on weekends or holidays

• Once your order ships, delivery time is out of our hands, but we’ll always support you in tracking it
